WHERE WE PLAY

Rabun County Rec Center

RABUN COUNTY RECREATION CENTER
The 125-acre public recreation area includes sports fields, hiking trails, a fishing pond, dog park, outdoor pool, pétanque. Basketball, volleyball, and pickleball are played in three large gyms. The main building includes two indoor gyms, county rec offices, meeting rooms, large restrooms, and a concession stand with a large indoor eating area. The three gyms are converted into 9 pickleball courts during the day.

The Rabun County Rec Center will host a tournament this fall in our new outdoor pickleball courts if they are completed. These courts are under construction with a public/private partnership between the RPC, a major donor, and the County. We look forward to having a total of 19 pickleball courts!

WHERE WE PLAY
Club members currently play indoors at the Rabun County Recreation Department in Tiger, GA.  The three gyms are impressive: large, well-lit with rubber flooring. We use a rotating system to accommodate recreational and competitive players.

The gyms are open 7 days a week and most recreational play is in the mornings from 9:00am-12:00pm.  (Sunday 2pm)

Contact the Rec Department for more detailed information.
